Take a deep breath in…
a slow breath out…
Continue to deepen your breathing.

Carry on like this for a few moments, a few cycles, and you might notice how your breath steadies. The inbreath and outbreath begin to even and harmonize — the natural movement toward balance that happens when you allow your body to lead the way. 

It’s (nearly) Vernal Equinox and we’re hanging in the balance. The length of day and night are equal, momentarily, as the circle continues to turn and our days will continue to lengthen over the next few months. With it, a stirring, emergence. A subtle feeling of renewal, possibility.
