We’re on the cusp of emerging from winter. If March is spring’s first inhale, then these last weeks of February are winter’s last exhale. This shift is a big one, asking a lot of our minds and bodies even as most of us are eager for the emergence that accompanies the season of light piercing through clouds, bright eyes, and an uptick in pulse.
Listen, there’s no rush. No need to spring into action. Instead, perhaps allow yourself the time and space you need to review, gently, the contents of your winter before you breathe into spring.
