Note I’ve somehow managed to cut off the intro (apologies!), but all you need to know is that we begin on all fours.

Hamstring, hip, and shoulder opening all on the agenda, along with functional core activation rounded out with a few moments of deep rest to move into the space you’ve created. 30 minutes of gently activating and opening your body, moving with your breath, and remembering your spaciousness.
