and I have been collaborating on these seasonal sessions over the last year and as we bring things full circle we explore how to access ease amid the fervent energy of summertime. This season asks us to stretch out, break routine, and exhale, and together we consider how to embody the spirit of summer through our practices in the warmer, brighter weeks and months ahead. We create a talisman of sorts that supports us to keep a different kind of beat. After all, just as yoga is much more than downward dog, writing is infinitely broader than typing.On the mat I lead a gentle, all levels practice to create more space and buoyancy throughout your body (including the best chest + shoulder opener in all the land). I love these sessions because we use the embodied practices of yoga and writing to loosen up land more fully into the season we’re in — exactly where we’re meant to be. As ever, our members can use (and repeat) the session anytime.
