I’ll meet you here each Friday for a fluid balance of strength and flexibility, core stability, and stress easing practices to move you into balance, right where you are. These accessible all-levels videos are for Balance Practice members, designed to support you to align mind and body, reset common imbalances, and relax deeply.
I’ve taught some version of this class for over two decades and I’m excited to deliver Your Weekly Reset to you here for the first time ever. Over the years these resets have become some of my favourite, most proven ways to locate the well-being and ease that’s so much more readily available to us than we often realize and I hope the they serve you well, truly.

What
A new yoga video every week! In *just* 5–20 minutes (You have time, you do!), each session offers practical solutions for everything from stress to back pain, and creates timely physical entry points to many of the themes and concepts I explore in my writing here on Balance Practice.
When + where
Your Weekly Reset will arrive in your inbox each Friday morning, and you can always find your library of all your favourite videos here. I’ll also host one (slightly longer) live practice for members on the last Friday of each month — you’ll receive a link to join earlier that week and I’ll send out the replay after for you to use anytime you like.
How to use
If your practice doesn’t fit your real life, it won’t work!
Use these videos whenever works best for you — set the tone for your week, wind down your days, or roll open your mat (or not, because there’s no gear required) anytime you have a few moments. Do the video. Use it again. Gain some reps throughout the week so that your body has time to respond to and integrate what we’ve done. Â
