This month we’ve explored connection and how to move toward balance in ways akin to an internal reconnecting of the dots. It’s been lovely to hear member feedback about the new contextual practices (a few favorites included below in case you’ve missed them) I’ve created for our community in May and I’m looking forward to seeing some of you at our monthly live practice later this week.
We’ll roll out our mats this Friday, 30th May at 9:30am BST — subscribers can find the link below, just scroll down.
Gently align your entire body toward center and activate key muscles to support your intrinsic balance — back bending, side bending, forward folding, functional core strength, and more all on the agenda. A brief practice to land amid spring’s fervor and to feel the coherence that arrises when we slow down, breathe deeply, and pay attention.
As ever, these practices are practical and accessible, all levels welcome. It’s so nice to say hi and see your faces, to hear how you are and what practices are feeling good — this will be our last live reset of the season before a summer pause so do drop in if you can!
I’ll also send the replay out straight after for you to use anytime, as often as you like. Subscribe/upgrade and scroll down for the link.
See you there!
