Every Friday I send out a 5–20 minute yoga-inspired video to move you into balance, right where you are. This is a space for you to catch your breath — an accessible reset amid all the action of your week. A fluid balance of strength and flexibility, core stability, and stress easing practices. Practical solutions to some of the most common imbalances we all face, available to subscribers in this ever growing library for £3/month.

It can be hard to get started. I get that. The reality is that the best way to begin is to do just that — get in there. Stretch that stiff hamstring, shake off desk strain, mobilise your hips in the moments when you truly need those resets the most. A little bit of practice goes a long way and you will feel the difference by practicing in the time you do have.
