When these regions are open — spacious and moving fluidly — everything flows better through your interior spaces. Use this 20 minute practice anytime to create space in your shoulders and hips, increase circulation, and energise your entire body. Includes ever timely support for your lymphatic system, bringing ease to your immune system and overall sense of balance. Be sure to pause and feel the resonance after this one.
